According to the law (OUG 34/2014 supplemented by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts - art. 12, point a) and Directive 97/7 / CE of the European Parliament and European Council dated 20.05.1997 regarding Customer's Care in commercial relations with customers - art. 3, point (2), first subparagraph) sales of food, beverages or other food products supplied at the customer's home, residence or place of work through established distributors or couriers cannot be denounced unilaterally. Once the products are received, they can NOT be returned.
