Delivery policy

Candy Land Business collaborates with several courier companies: DPD Romania.

Fixed delivery cost, regardless of locality (in Romania):
- 19.99 lei (VAT included), delivery Monday-Friday, except for holidays and legal holidays.

IMPORTANT!
The transport tariffs are valid for all the localities on the Romanian territory and do NOT change depending on the weight!

Remarks:
Please check the integrity of the package packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, request the preparation of a Minutes by the representative of the courier company. If a damaged product is found inside the package, it can be returned together with the report. The issuance of the report is mandatory for the change of the damaged product.

Orders placed on the website until 12 o’clock at noon will be delivered to the courier on the same day. Orders placed on the website after 12 o'clock at noon will be delivered to the courier on the next working day.

The order processing term is 24-48 hours from the moment of telephone confirmation, depending on the volume of orders.

The delivery term of the courier company is 24-72 hours from the collection of the parcels, depending on the destination locality.
